Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1-2 business hours after confirmation. You will receive an email/SMS when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.

Same-day delivery is only available for orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, for addresses within central Singapore (postal codes 01-35). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items have estimated arrival dates that are subject to change due to manufacturer delays. When your pre-order item arrives:
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information
- For local delivery: Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of arrival
- For store pickup: You will be notified when your item is ready for collection
- Combined orders: If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, the entire order will be shipped when all items are available (unless you request separate shipments)
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders over SGD $150 within Singapore. Free express delivery is available for orders over SGD $300.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at hello@d.monkeyinc.sg. After this window, the order may already be processed for shipment.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If no one is available, the package will be held at the nearest courier facility for self-collection, or you can arrange a redelivery.
How are items packaged?
All figurines and collectibles are carefully packed with bubble wrap and protective materials in sturdy boxes to ensure safe delivery. We understand how precious your collectibles are!
