Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item shipped
- In-stock items within 7 days of delivery
- Items in original, unopened packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or displayed figures
- Pre-orders (unless defective)
- Items damaged by customer
- Items without original packaging
- Gashapon/blind box items (sealed or opened)
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at hello@d.monkeyinc.sg within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RA number. Ship to our address (we will provide a prepaid label for defective items).
Receive Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (to original payment method) or ship a replacement within 3-5 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For PayNow payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the same account used for payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. If the same item is no longer available, we will offer a refund or store credit of equivalent value.
For size/exchange requests (where applicable), please note that most collectibles come in a single size. If you wish to exchange for a different item, the standard return policy applies and you may place a new order.

Please bring your order confirmation (printed or digital) and the item in its original packaging. In-store returns are typically processed immediately.
